Startup success: stylink was ranked number one as the Top Startup Employer in Germany in the Marketing category& Advertising.
Statista, in cooperation with Business Punk, identified these top 300 startup employers. They were assessed based on peer surveys, online reputation, and growth and happiness levels of employees. As stylink employees, we experience this workplace satisfaction first-hand— our #1 ranking simply reflects it. We’re proud to have a workplace culture that is attuned to employee satisfaction, fostering a flexible, growth-oriented environment.
For this study, startup growth levels were determined by the number of jobs offered, employee growth, and website traffic growth over the past two years. Since 2017, stylink has seen immense growth: from a small company into one of the largest affiliate marketing platforms in the world, serving over 150,000 content creators and operating in 13 countries. We’ve grown from just a few employees to nearly 100, coming from over 15 countries. This diversity lends to our strength and innovation, allowing us to persevere and adapt as a company.
Surveys consisted of topics such as company culture, values, and career benefits, including questions such as whether the company offers promotion opportunities and special benefits. stylink is unique in that we embrace an egalitarian culture in which all voices are heard. We prioritise flexibility, authenticity, and inclusion. From attending a wide variety of international conferences, to hosting workshops that instill confidence and growth, stylink offers a multitude of personal and professional opportunities for employees.
